I was new to Reiki and felt curious but nervous—would I feel anything during the session? Lying on my bed for the remote session with Ornela, I soon felt a gentle tingling and soothing warmth, almost as if I were floating. Afterward, I felt a bit tired, but by the next day, I was energised and deeply relaxed. Despite the thousands miles between us, I felt Ornela’s presence and the energy throughout the session. It was a wonderful experience, and I’m looking forward to the next time.
